Ian gets really good stuff because he is so kind. Ian is always kind and very respectful. Plus he is extremely brave. The spirits attract to him because he is a magnet...like i said its cuz he is so friendly to them. Most of them were human once. They want to be treated nicely i am sure. Hes a great guy!

Not to dismiss the Laney and Ben thing.... I lived in a haunted house for years as well and we got so used to all the activity quite quickly. It was like having a weird roommate that won't go away.
The way Ben reacted to the living room activity was seriously too dramatic for someone who's been dealing with it for years.
That's why I feel like their paranormal stuff is not real.
