Bought this finally after selling my kidney, best trade I've ever done

I have several Formation products (Wedge, Bar, Sub x2, Flex x2) my wedge has been nothing but problems, at 1.5 yrs I had to send it in for repair, and its had nothing but conection probles since. I refuse to spend anymore money on my wedge at this point, if it continues to fail it'll be going to the trash. All that being said the B&W app is very quirky, and the speakers often fall off of the wifi connection. If I knew all of this ahead of time I'd have spent my money elsewhere. I have purchased a couple of B&O products and I am very happy with them, none of the quirkyness, and the sound is as good or better than the B&W products. I give the Formation line a 2 out of 5 stars and will never purchase B&W again.

So they went from the Panorama 2 with HDMI and 3.5-inch woofers - to this with no HDMI and 2.5" woofers...?

Very good sound but its reliability is very poor. I have already had several friends who bought it from them and some of their drivers broke after a few months. Please, before launching a product, make sure it is durable, because in the end no one will want to buy your products.

I’m disappointed by the lack of dolby atmos or any dts solution. The formation audio could have a solution to easily update the system with an earc hdmi but it seems it is not scheduled. No deezer hifi, no Qobuz compatibility and no information about that. It is only roon ready. No solution to connect with an obtical cable to the formation duo ! That means that if you want to plugged a 39 euros chromecast audio that you need to by the expensive formation audio !formation concept is far from the versatility thatBW trizs to show. I can’t wait to listen those speakers because I love BW and I’m sure that I am going to love the sound but i will not buy because i will feel umprisoned by the system. I thought that when BW launch their ultimate wireless system I can’t resist to buy it but finally it is gone be no difficult to keep my system.

Totally not recommended product. Have it for few years. From time to time the speakers just disconnect and stop working. Support doesn’t help. So not worth the money
