In London (particularly in north and east London) it’s common for fish and chip shops to offer either battered fish or matzo breaded fish. It harks back to Jewish fish and chip shop owners and customers. The Matzo crumbs are much lighter and it’s very crunchy, for Jewish families having Friday night dinner it’s pretty common to get both types. Love your videos
