I think the point about making alternative binders is good. We really don't need to obsess about stimulating animal products when there are so many great vegan meals anyway.

Eggs are one of the most nutritious healthy food that exist. People f*ucking around and engineering some supplement in a factory, can never be as healthy as a food source eaten since the dawn of humanity. I will pass on this 'innovation'.

I'm an ovo-lacto vegetarian, but i have tried Just Egg and thought it was just as good as scrambled chicken eggs. If breakfast retaurants like Ihop started offering these as an option i would be happy to get them every time. Vegan cheese, on the other hand still needs some work but it has improved alot in recent years.

Egg is a egg 🥚. I don’t know why they called it an egg when it comes from a plant. I am not vegan and not interested to be one.
