Have you checked labels for aspartame it is used in a lot of diet and low calorie drinks. I know it does trigger migraines.

Alicia thank u soo much for ur message at thee end of every video today I’m a lil down I live alone I have Arnold Chiari Malformation 1 had 🧠 surgery retired early I kno some ppl may say some bad things I’m jus gonna say it maybe somebody else can benefit from it. I don’t have any family around soo I’m alone it’s a snow storm no food day #2 I’ve asked for help some of thee vulgar things ppl ask of u is madness thank u for ur kind words although I don’t have food too eat I have my health a roof over my head I’m GREATFUL for that🤗😍🥰🙏🏾

In Sweden we have very good tap water. Is there something wrong with the water in your town? I understand that not all water is good in other countrys. Just thinking it is a big cost to buy all this water. It is a real workout for you to go to cosco

Do you think you will stop buying the paper products, as many water bottles, etc when the septic/sewer gets fixed? I’m sure not having to buy so many disposable items will make your shopping halls a lot lighter 😊

That's odd you have issues with stevia. I get migraines from aspartame (artificial sweetner in lots of diet sodas or "zero sugar" drinks) and my doctor recommended I look for things sweetened with stevia as an alternative. Migraines suck! Best of luck avoiding any food triggers.
