To add things to the quick access panel on Xbox highlight the item and press start that’s what brings up the little small menu in this video.

Okay since he didn't explain. I'll explain for you. Pull out your inventory, hover over your item that you want for your quick access. Push the button on your Xbox with the three lines on it, then select quick access and select the box that you want to put it in.

How do you use the energy drink or bandaids on the D pad. Or You can only quick access 2 things at a time?

Use the "menu" button (the one with 3 lines) when hovering an item.

At this time, I can't say thanks, because there is no commentary in the video. I was not able to get my cursor outside the inventory box. I tried of different buttons, but none worked.. The difference between a tutorial video with commentary and the other slack efforts is amazing. I hate tutorials that are just copy of their playing.
