I don't like how they did Andy. I truly don't even understand the purpose of his storyline at all. sheesh.

Honestly, the drastic character arc for Andy really turned me off. It felt straight-up character assassination when he had just saved his daughter's life to then turn around and fuck some dumb bitch. At that point in this season I realized they were just giving up. Also, the jinn didn't even make sense. What purpose did it serve aside from wasting time and meandering side quests style storytelling? The finale didn't feel compelling at all. It felt like a typical episode. Maybe I just didn't "get" it.

I just watched the final episode not knowing it was the final episode. It wasn't a proper series finale. It would have been fun to see Ben realize he hated his job despite the money and see him move to Italy to join them. He was in a bad place to end the show.

Some fans liked Andy. I thought of him as a throwaway character. Kristen's mother was more interesting to me. And Sister Andrea was a hoot.

Honestly, it was clear from the start they wanted to make a Kristen x David end romance game, since they always found excuses to take her husband away for long periods of time. I think a lot of fans got disappointed by the way the narrative ended Andy's character. It could’ve been done more respectfully and in a more satisfying way if the show: 1 gave him a "heroic" way out by fully killing he almost gave poison to his daughter, instead giving it to himself, we could have had him in the hospital for a few scenes with him eventually dying, with his wife found about what really happened later in the season, or 2 make him go missing, only for Kristen to find what happened to him when grandma set up the trap that gets Leland´s place investigated by the police, make Andy be one of the victims they found in Leland´s house, instead of two random people
I think these two option would give him a more impactful end for Andy

This was such an AMAZING show!!! I'm gonna miss it!!! The actors and actresses were fantastic, the ploys were clever and engaging, and the character portrayals were wonderful! But there are unresolved character story arcs that would be an excellent segway into the program being renewed. BUT the longer a series stays off the air, the less likely it is to get renewed or picked up elsewhere.

I think this series is really stupid for anybody who didn’t fund it for another season or two somebody needs to pick this up. This is a series. I see going 10 season solid. There is so much more potential to explore with this series. Why stop here that’s what I’m puzzled by. I hope somebody sees the light and sees the potential.
