Awesome build!!! Love all the little unique pieces and parts!! Very well thought out suspension, pretty sure I have the same pumps with the build in slow downs that I had on a body dropped S-10 back about 15 years ago, gave me some good ideas for my upcoming build!!!

As someone also going on 10yrs with my own personal build, I understand the struggles. Now my chassis is drivable and all I lack is the sheet metal work, but struggle staying on it.

I come here for inspiration to keep pushing myself. Thank you for being genuine.

A real showcase of your metalworking talent Karl. The rat-rod is simple and superb. I can easily see why it wins awards.

This has to be one of the coolest rat rods I've seen. Love the brass and bare metal combo. It's awesome. And I really dig how unique and full of mementos it is. It give me the inspiration for the build I am planning.

I've been building chopped Harleys for almost fifty years, came out of Chicago, now in N.C. and am really impressed with the quality of your work and your ideas. I really like the "distressed metal look", I've run a few chops over the years, ratty, distressed. I've watched you for a while, learned a lot about body work I've never done, always been wrenching on drive elements and the frame work. I really enjoyed your rod, after watching your bead roller build and several others. I hope to run into you at a show sometime, it's great to see younger guys doing what we did, so long ago, and carrying on the tradition. Thanks for sharing with us.

Love that you built it with a lot of scrap parts. I love the challenge of making things from scrapyard parts too.
