OHMYGOSH an actual real video in my feed. Next April 1 I'm going off the grid. Thanks Winston.

Hi Winston.

Cast acrylics is also less brittle as extrudet material, but extrudet has a more even surface and a 10mm sheet is 9.9mm to 10.1mm, where cast can vary from 9mm to 11mm.

And you can minimize chips wrapping around the tool by speed up when going Z down(about 3000mm/min or 120inches per minute), an if possible, combine it with a ramp down.

And at last, I always try to use only Single fluted tools, so the chips have more room to get out of the toolpath.

Do you provide a printed list of recommended speeds and feeds for different cuts? Like a collection of the screen pop ups in this video. Thanks Tom

Not to mention you want to be careful with the chips clogging your v-wheels as they are incredibly static after being chipped off and will stick to the aluminum extrusions very quickly

1:41 What are your speeds and feeds for the finishing pass? How much stock are you leaving during roughing?

Can you make a video for feeds & speeds when Vcarving oak? I keep getting a horrible rigid finish all of a sudden

Where can you source acrylic or do you make it yourself

Interesting video 👍🏻. Where can the cast acrylic be purchased? I can’t get it in a decent thickness here in Australia.

What should be the grade of makrolon for high machinability?

hi!, I'd like to ask if you could go lower than 10, 000 RPM? for example like 4, 000 RPM? would that change the Feed rate, Depth of cut, and stepover?

Thanks for all the great videos, Winston. Hey, why not a video (or two) about Amana's Single Flute end mills? They work perfectly for both plastic and aluminum.

Oh and yes acrylic stinks when cut too hot. I remember cutting pieces on a table saw and the odor was horrendous
