you still need to go to your iphone settings and do 'remove apple watch from account'. you missed that part.

Hi, I just did that but it’s said that the watch may not unpaired well or something. So now it’s unpaired from my iphone, but the watch still contains my data. Tried to re-pair it again but it couldn’t.
