Make it like Sam Raimi's Spiderman 1&2 but take out the cheese/camp, fill in more modern/darkness into it, better storyline/villain character arc development than TASM, and you'll have a nice summer superhero movie.

I think that Dane Dehaan will have more roles as a villain, he seems perfect for villain roles.

I'll give this to Sony and everyone in charge of this movie - they have made a colorful character even more colorful. I am really liking this new Spidey look. He looks alien enough that if I were a New Yorker I would also feel uneasy knowing he is swinging around, and that's a good thing for the Spiderman mythos. He looks nimble and youthful and really stands out.
Raimi/Maguire Spiderman is still my favorite in terms of looks, but this is a breath of fresh air. I'm liking it.

In my Honest opinion I don't really like the new Spider-man Suit, To me it looks like he is going to a kids Birthday Party. Personally while I did not like the Reboot suit in the 1st Amazing spider-man, it grew on me and I liked it, but They changed it and now in my eyes it looks like a way less badass version of the Sam Raimi Suit. That's just my personal thoughts on the subject I don't mean to offend anyone who likes it.

Something i'd really like to see in this next installment is the new Superhero Movie Medium done well. Several villains and one hero sounds amazing, but I never thought Spider-man was where it would start. It may be a very influential movie to other Marvel for this new approach so the director must do it well, because this idea has great potential. Capture movement well especially, Spider man is gonna be leaping back and forth fighting different baddies so that's probably the #1 right there.

I've been waiting to see him incorporated into a movie for a loonnngg time.
By far the most bad ass of all the villains, no idea why they haven't explored his character yet.

My main complaint is that this installment is already suffering from what I call "villain creep." They try to cram so many bad guys into one movie that they all come out undeveloped as characters, and/or to easily defeated, leaving you shouting at the screen "Thats all it took?!" Same problem Spiderman 3 had. Hobgoblin, Sandman, Venom, all at once? hell, each of those villains could have an entire movie devoted to them, (well, except maybe sandman). But condensing each one  down into someone that gets defeated in 15 minutes on screen as spidey swings to the next challenge makes them seem like pushovers, and leaves you wanting there to be something more. This movie has what, at least 3 villains already that I can tell, and the trailer sort of eludes to more, so where dos it stop? 'The Amazing Spiderman 3: Spidey fights the rest of the villains from all the comic books" ?

Jamie Foxx as Electro is genius! Never would have thought about casting him for that role, but from the trailer, I'm excited to see how he will play with it.
