I am so grateful for your tutorials - I am a 75-year-old beginner 'MINDER' - Your teaching is secondary only to your obvious faith in our Lord. God's blessings ....

The way you approach this channel is perfect for me. I love the way you talk through your thought processes as you paint. That is what I so need. I would like more on drawing as I feel that is my weak link to art. Thank you so much for all your input and for being here to show us how to approach this art and give us inspiration.

Steve, thank you so much for your videos! I was almost an absolute beginner when I started watching your channel. I found you a couple of months after I started painting. You have taught me so much! I was new to watercolor and also new to painting. You’re one of my top two watercolor artists and teachers. Love your reviews of supplies too.

You run this any way you want to! Anyone who gives as much of your time FREELY as you do, your skill FREELY, as you do, should not be questioned, nor criticized. You are indeed aporeciated!

While I have been watching your channel for more than a year, I am an absolute newbie when it comes to watercolor, even art in general. I moved here from the adult coloring community. I find your videos very inspirational, and your reviews help me navigate the amazon minefield. I am disabled and very low income, and dont want to waste my money buying anything that isnt satisfactory, or i will outgrow...I am excited to see what you have for us in 2020!

One of my favorite watercolor channels. I appreciate your style and “randomness”, as you refer to your content. I have learned so much from you and other YouTube artists.

I have so enjoyed watching you, Steve. I learn with every video you put out. Thank you so much for letting us watch over your shoulder. Thank you for your comments as you progress through your piece. The product reviews you do have been accurate. I have learned the hard way what a difference a good paper choice makes with watercolors. Unfortunately for me I'm afraid I have a lot of paper that is now worthless to me.

Steve, thank you for your ongoing commitment to sharing your art with so many people. I've learned so much from you! Hope you, your family, Reese and the "new addition" have a fantastic 2020! I'm particularly looking forward to combining colored pencils with watercolor. :-)

That's why I don't get bored of watching your content! You are not repeatitive like other you tubers on the subject who are only geared toward the beginners. I am not a beginner and love your randomness and tips. Thank You!

I picked up painting from watching your videos
I started from zero, and really learned the basics. It was easy to take those steps from how you spoke in your lessons. I dare say you being a Grandfather leant a hand in your patient calm demeanor. Either way, looking forward to 2020, your a star video creater. ⭐

Oh Steve, I LOVE your YouTube channel and am a subscriber. I laugh out loud at how frequently I buy stuff that you use. Today, I watched and ordered my IndiPen. How cool that I can use acrylic inks in it too! Thanks for all you do for us aspiring artists

Your description of your approach to video making reads very well for viewers. Your narration is is thoughtful, well paced and instructive. Watching you talk through the steps you take to achieve something IS inspirational, because the end product is something to aspire to, and the narration makes you feel like it is something you could achieve. And the scale of the videos is also something achievable. I am so glad you are going to stay with this format. :)

I was a repaint doll artist until a became disabled and now I have picked up watercolors. I love this channel for inspiration and ideas. I just setup my pallet with DS paints, picked up several types of cotton papers, picked out some watercolor brushes, which seemed decadent because of all the brushes I currently have for acrylics and oils, and have started to play and learn my paints. I have been a mixed media artist and even taught it locally. I would like to see how the watercolors can fit into what I already have. Most of what you are talking about for 2020 will allow me to shop in my own studio. Thank you for all the content you put up, I know that it is an investment of your time and appreciate it.
