My daughter hasn't been to church in years. I sing in choir and invited her to come. I was very surprised when she agreed. So now my prayer is that God stirred her heart to Him. That would be a Christmas miracle.

Happy Birthday Jesus! I PRAISE you! Even as I’m struggling providing for myself and my children. I will keep faith. I get harassed and called names simply for sharing my testimony and asking for prayers. But prayers are all I WANT. I fell on hard times because I was fired from my job as a social worker at Forsyth Hospital because I declined the vaccine. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. I declined because of my pre existing health condition lupus and heart disease. I wish I could go back to the hospital but unfortunately the mandate is still in place that all hospitals workers must be vaccinated against covid 19. I’m waitressing AND I’m SO THANKFUL, but I’m not making nearly enough to get by. My husband died years ago. I’m all alone, As a single mother with two autistic children things are so overwhelming on me because my boys require a lot from me. Both of my sons are non verbal. Every month is a struggle to pay bills and to put food on the table. I want to give up BUT our Heavenly Father gives me courage not to. I’m so discouraged but even as I face homelessness seemingly every other month and even as I get put down and mocked because of my situation and choice. I will keep faith in God! He has provided this far. He is the God of possible! Please pray for me and my boys. Merry Christmas.

I am so thankful and grateful that I was able to bring my whole family including my husband's nephew who just visiting us and my oldest son's girlfriend to a beautiful Traditional Latin Mass. I considered that one of my Christmas miracle inspite of frigid weather here in Chicago.... by the grace and will of God.

Dr. Marshall I just want to thank you in being instrumental in inspiring me to be active in church again..I have always been spiritual and prayed everyday...in gratitude and glory to God, however when I went to Midnight Mass last night it reminded me of how much I missed attending Mass...I haven't been for years...I know with the times that we are in and fighting this spiritual battle, we need to have the body of Christ more than ever! Pro tip: if you are going to midnight mass, do NOT lie down on the couch to watch tv or movies that night. Stay busy doing stuff around the house. This will prevent you from getting tired before mass.
