Help?Car sending S.O.S with its tail lights, and other Morse code. I Called it in. Any Navy or Hams Copy This?? Heres what I receive, missed a few just before the end:
Perfect sos for 3 miles before recording , then

I had already jotted down ••• for
" S", and - - - for "O", and the rest I couldnt copy, till the end of S,O, /S,O/S,O / (Senior Officer, or bad SOS ???) Whiskey Tango?
I didnt know how the end of the video would pickup. Eyes see further, so I marked time saying "blink" , to go back and figure the dits and daas of it all. I called the police but no word yet, still a mystery.

I seen a semi truck doing this last week on the interstate and we call 911 to be safe never knew what happened after but the next day that whole train thing happened

I know this is old, and I'm not necessarily concerned about the outcome. What I am curious about is whether or not you contacted someone before or after you started recording this. Especially since this video is 3 minutes and 43 seconds long. Timing is everything. 3 miles and is a long distance in an emergency situation. Also, I would have alerted the Highway Patrol/State Troopers instead of the police. I imagine they would have responded more quickly.
