It makes me sick, to hear all this air time on a survival narrative of selling off Evergrande assets, when we know they are in default AFTER a 30 day grace period, to at least one bond holder, DMSA.
My question is, what are the other non disclosing defaulted bond holders doing right now?
Maybe selling off toxic defaulting bonds to unsuspecting investors and pension funds.
It should be criminal to pass off financial instruments knowing they have no value.
Later fines and no prosecution deals just leave bad players in place to do it again and again.

Evergrande already officially defaulted on several 30 day grace period payments

Nothing goes up forever. How irresponsible is the Chinese govt for lack of oversight.
