yesh realized i am diabetic & actually got a memory or 2 of getting pricked in the past so im eating differently & more healthier & also i moved super close to a rec center played 6 games of basketball today & plan on taking my friend son`s up there everyday for a minimum of 5 games i wanna get my gains back up to 200 pounds solid again like when i was locked up in 2012 so im about to start lifting and hooping everyday to get my body back fr lol
