I have an a40 headset, I have headphones to 0db for loudest for me, but it doesn't sound as loud for stream and idk how to fix that. most are only around 40 on the wheel, but when I use like my sound board in discord, I have to set my aux 2 to 100, switch to audience mix to not hurt my ears to use them. another issue with the audience mix is for recording. it combines everything into one track for editing which doesn't help to the point of adding the sources to a nested scene. So for me to not hear myself and chat to hear the games, I have to turn my profile max, swap profiles, to talk, and swap back for game. it's not as simple as I need it to be. specially for all the editing I've been doing. I've had to avoid using this device the way it was intended. I would either like the mix create to have an option to swap profiles with button combos or stream deck integration, OR TO MAKE 2 SETS OF EACH AUDIO. like a base 100 volume and then a profile specific volume. so it always captures max audio and I can just add limiters in obs. My only other solution was to get my mixamp back out for my a40 and to setup everything for that again till you create a work around.

2:33 My obs settings doesn't show the VOD track like it does in the video. I am using OBS 28.1.2
edit: I think that option was removed since it's in the 'Advanced Audio Properties' thru the audio mixer. I assume it was redundant to have both. Am I wrong?

Just got the mix create for christmas and its been great! However I'm already seeing issues when it comes to streaming. I would really like an OBS integration where the submixes you have on the mix like the chat and music audio can directly link itself to OBS. I loke having separate tracks for my audio sources and bunching them all together in the audience mix in OBS wont allow me to go back an edit separate stems like I have been after recording.

Good stuff. I find that my audience mix goes into OBS and seems a little quieter on stream than expected I'll have another look.

I find the explanation for the VOD track at the end slightly confusing... If you haven't disabled Chat on VOD track, of course it would come through? I guess your point is its counter intuitive because you expect the VOD track to be a subset of the audience mix?

Thanks for the vid! How would you setup audio for alerts? Right now I have it setup in OBS and then have it setup as AUX 1 in the BEACN software. Is that all I need to do?
