Twitch Streamer, JustaMinx has been through a terrifying ordeal. From being kicked out of the OpTic House with 24 hours notice to her AirBnB being broken into and being threatened by men who were living under the property.
But now, she claims to have been banned from AirBnB and unable to claim a refund for the previous property, leaving it extremely difficult to find safe shelter.

The crazy thing is that they kicked her out with only 24 hours notice. Where I live that's super illegal. You have to serve written notice, and the person being evicted has 30 days from the day they receive the notice to vacate to move out.

After reading the whole story. Its justified that Minx was kicked out. Makes 100% sense.

But it was also SUPER shitty of OpTic to kick her out of the house to leave her homeless with a 24 hour notice and attempt to take advantage of the fact that they knew that she would be basically homeless and in desperate need of money to try and get her to sign an NDA for her to be silent about them kicking her out on such short notice. What an absolute douchebag thing to do.

They had to of known what they did was shitty or else they wouldn’t have tried to take advantage of her to keep her silent about it.
