Basic rope access manoeuvres Access Techniques LTD

Some ways of doing basic Level one rope access manoeuvres. Other techniques exist for different situations.
We Train all IRATA levels every week in our 15 meter high indoor training centre in Sheffield. 5 minutes from the train station, and 1 hour by train from Manchester Airport.

Thank you buddy for this video, I have been in the Rope Access for just a few months getting use to it and I learned from an Irata lvl 1 in New Zelanad and I never learned using a cowstail straight to the alpine butterfly and it seems so efficient in time.
