I find very interesting how WANG avoids to answer TIAN how he feels about them becoming step brothers and family from 2:56
This makes me always remember how in "Lovely Writer" NUBSIB hated the idea of being GENE's "younger brother", and being treated as such, because he was in love with GENE and wanted to be together with him as boyfriends. BUT more interesting is to realize that being family gives them both a lot of freedom about many things they can do without making then seem "suspicious" or "strange". That also gives TIAN a sort of authority over WANG... being the Gēgē (older brother) commanding his Dìdì (younger brother) at will. 😉

It is really hard to say who fell in love first between the two this time. 🤔
I would say it was TIAN... in EP 1... when he saw WANG stumbling at the main school stairs the very first day he arrived. The way he reacted shows a very tender side of him, and it felt like TIAN was wondering: "Who is this cutie, holding the school briefcase bag like is a shield to protect himself?" 😊😂
BUT if we are talking about being sure of his feelings, that must be WANG. It started on EP 3 ... right after TIAN kissed him in his bedroom, and now specially here at 2:56 we can tell that WANG is already sure that he likes TIAN in a romantic way ... making him uncertain about embracing sincerely their relationship as best friends and brothers.
