I always assumed that these two were defective droids that had the voice and personality of a b1 so they were demoted to hangar patrols or something.

Their voices in the movies always had this cracky edge to it but It does sound more like the droid in the first episode of clone wars who said "I'm having a serious malfunction!"

Voices are more fitting here. It was kind of funny in the original, but their voices sounded more like b1 battle droids instead of super battle droids. These voices fit better and should have been in the film

Because of them looking different in the Mandalorian, it is my opinion that there were two types of super battle droids. The original, which we see in these two movies, and the upgraded version, which was used more commonly and is larger, and has a deep voice and lit-up eyes

I know the focus on the video is the voices but I just gotta say, I really prefer these slimmer designs compared to the big bulbous supers seen throughout most of the clone wars. Like the larger designs don't really look that menacing to me and more goofy, where as the ones in this video look more well-built

Well done. However, the issue isn’t just the voice. The lines are pretty dumb as well. Supes were much cooler as silent brutes in AOTC.

I never understood why they gave B2 such voices. ok that in 2005 they had never spoken before, but logically, seeing droids much more robust than the B1s, one could have expected a deeper voice. Great editing!

I always liked that the serious one was the older brother (b1) and the youngest was just more brawn then brains (b2) so i like that the b2 battle droids have a high pitched voice.
