Seriously though. Get someone to stabilize the glass with resin or something to keep it from being hazardous and put that in the office. That is incredible.

I love watching Derek's reaction before he realizes just how amazing the result is. The contrast between his "bulletproof, but not giant dart proof" and Scott dropping the GoPro out of pure astonishment and walking towards it dumbfounded is pretty awesome to witness.

If you use a clear epoxy to fill the shattered part you can preserve it with the dart in it and use it safely as a table/showpiece at the office

What Scott was describing about the connected disk of water from the balloon drop is in fact the concept of laminar flow. He doesn't usually get the words right but he can pick out the examples of concepts. Science with Gaunson indeed!
