If I could buy one it would be a Deer Valley Home. I would want to leave the built in microwave out and just put a nice venthood in. As a senior, I don't know that I might need a wheelchair sometime in the future and the micro over the stove would be out of the question. The same can be said for the nice garden tub in the master bath, I couldn't get out of it now without a terrible struggle. I would want to go with a walk in tub. And the nice shower would have to have a low curb so that I could step over it. I'd do away with the glass doors too, I'm afraid of falling through them.. And finally, I do not like the closets opening into the bathroom. Mold and Mildew is my concern with that. I know that may sound like a lot, but if I was paying north of $250k for a modular home on property I've already bought, cleared and sub graded for the foundation, I would want it to serve me well for the rest of my days. That's why I would choose the Deer valley Brand. I like quality and I believe they deliver just that.

What is the largest Modular Home Deer Valet builds please ? I need a home that has a dining room that will accommodate my dining room suite that seats 12 people with a matching China cabinet & buffet AND ALSO my kitchen table that seats 10 with matching China Cabinet. I would like a Large spacious Master bedroom with a really LARGE Walk in Closet with NO wire racks and an Island in the middle with drawers & a place to sit with a mirror to get dressed with each day. Shelves for shoes would be nice as well. I appreciate 9 ft ceilings as well as a nice open concept. I’d like a deep front porch & a deep back porch with an out door wood burning fireplace. Do y’all manufacture anything along these lines at Deer Valley ? I Love & appreciate your Quality ❤😊
