You have a plugin called "Better Font Picker". It's a bit heavy, but it works!

its only for proto typing, better to learn UI directly in the engine it will give you an extra edge. 1. do all the design in photoshop or Illustrator 2. learn to implement that design in for example unreal. ( it will rewire some simply coding) but its pretty cool to have a working menu. instead if a interactive prototype that has no value besides presentation.
