Amber was served 5 million dollars in punitive damages (which are capped to 350, 000 nevertheless) while Johnny had ZERO punitive damages. Amber has to pay 10 millions to Johnny for compensation while Johnny has to pay Amber 2million dollars to Amber due to what somebody else said about Amber. Johnny won.

news sources are saying Johnny Depp was awarded 15 million. people need to listen to the whole thing. the jury awarded him $10 million in compensatory judgement. they allowed $5 million for punitive, which means punishment judgment. in the state of Virginia the statutory for punitive is a maximum of $350, 000. that is what she took the $5 million back down to. what Johnny won was $10, 350, 000. it's possible he will not go for that full amount and he will allow the two that she owes him to be taken out of that.
