This has become my dish I bring to my annual family reunion. Everyone raves and thanks me, every single time. This recipe is the very best. I do add a jar of artichoke hearts marinated in EVOO, and offer optional add-in sides of pine nuts, pesto, shredded chicken, and goat’s milk cheese crumbles. Fresh oregano, basil, dill, and parsley from the garden, and organic GF quinoa pasta spirals. SO SO SO GOOD!!

Just made this yesterday as soon as I saw this video and IT WAS SUCH A HIT! We had guests over and everyone loved it! It's such a perfect summer dish. You won't regret it! I didn't use red wine vinegar, just plain vinegar and it was still delicious!

Made this and it was DELICIOUS!! Had to use dried herbs except parsley bc that’s all I could get my hands on and I did forget the red onion but it was still so good!
