I wonder if you got a decant from a bad batch, of Eilish. The only reason I haven’t picked up Nebras yet is because Eilish does so well for me. First time I tried it was before bed and it was still there for me when I woke up. Both bottles are gorgeous though. Nice to know Sweet on the Outside gives another affordable option for layering though.
