CLAUDE + CURSOR + REPLIT = MAGIC

You can now create complex web apps with just english (No copy - paste) using the BEST AI Code generation tool on the market Cursor AI

The only problem with cursor for a coding beginner like me, is that its not that easy to deploy web apps.

Well, @Replitmakes deploying web apps and creating templates incredibly easy.

In this video Ansh goes over how to sync Cursor and Replit.

And then using our new template we made an AI version of @trello in like 6 or 7 cursor composer prompts.

---------------------
In this video:

00:00 - Intro
04:08 - Syncing Cursor and Replit
07:40 - setting up Firebase
10:27 - Using Cursor and Replit to Create Trello Front End
19:41 - Setting up Backend API endpoint (we will make dedicated video on this soon w/template)
21:09 - Adding AI features to Trello!

Bro I watched one of your video about Claude + replit, I want to say thank you for that video... because of it I already start developing my SaaS product.

Now we use Cursor for back-end and Codux for front-end and the programmer's job has become much easier than before.

No need to save file, VS Code and Cursor auto save file like every second.
You can add file to your prompt from the + button.
It will be cheaper.
But sometime if you miss a important file, it can break the project and you have to do the right Ctr-Z in the aproved files. Not easy sometime.
Claude just add this week a prompt with text or files cache. It may lower cost from 50% to 90% since they implement it.

Ok now this has actually piqued my interest! Only hesitation is the tokens limitation that I’m seeing everywhere. 😅

Hey Riley you are doing amazing job. Day by day you are showing the possibilities with AI and how actually a non coder can practically develop and deploy their app if they just have clear idea about what they wanna build. I have two requests from you.

1. Please make a cost analysis of building these apps. How much it will cost us to develop a fully functional app using these setups.
2. I want to know the current limit of complexity that this setup can create. How far we can go practically because for more complex app the code will be bigger and bigger then how can we handle that code properly. If we want to do some corrections then does AI will go through all that code just to figure out that small correction point. And if AI do that again and again then I think it will cost more and more with bigger codes or may be I am wrong about this if AI don't charge based on the context length. Still curious about its practical limits.

Great tutorials Riley, fun to watch - getting a bit stuck on deployment to copy paste the webview url. You probably have this in another tutorial. I link to that would be awesome! Nice work

You can deploy an entire front and backend with Websim.

Riley, thank for the YouTubes you've been posting. I've been working with AI for about a year now and your channel has gotten me going a totally different path for application development. I'm not a developer or coder although I can understand what the code generally says and the variables. My question with your latest videos is if Cursor negates the need for Replit and Claude 3.5 the way you did earlier with Template #1. I did successfully deploy Replit and Firebase with Claude 3.5 following your videos. Can Cursor be used as a standalone for app creation although connecting to a database like Firebase would be required. I'm a small business owner and creating bite-sized apps to be able to use in my business. Keep the videos coming!!! -- Ron

How you overcome sunnet 3.5 token limitations per day, I have 3 accounts one of them in tier 2 and keep reaching the limits, once the project start developing I reach up to 100, 000 Tokens per massage, so I keep reaching the limits 😢

I struggled to follow the steps, but I got up to the SSH key adding bit and then I had to join, so I had to abandon the idea.

now should make a video about creating back end and connecting to a database

And let us know how you do on the whiteboard and coding interviews for a senior developer at a FAANG.

‪What I also don’t understand is, why not hosting on firebase as everything else is done there like storage and database etc. Why use then Replit for hosting instead as hosting is also possible on firebase? Can someone explain please?‬

Well this actually insane bro. Keep up with the video u got a sub here 🙏 but please make sure explain the steps you do a bit more or go slowet for example the step with the backend.

I don't know what magic you use.
But I'm a developer I gave cursor a simple API to retrieve data from and append the in an html.
I gave him a very developed prompt, like create a async function that does that, that and that. Still it still not able to get it right in plain vanilla JavaScript.
With this I don't feel like a senior developer like it is written on the image of the video but less then a junior, because a junior can do that.
And i highly doubt you can create I a few prompts without writing a line of code.
Especially using replit. This is the cherry on the cake.
