Social Impact Bonds in SA report launch

Social impact bonds (SIBs) have the potential to revolutionise the way that some kinds of social services are governed, delivered and financed. This independent Intellidex research report, funded by the Standard Bank Tutuwa Community Foundation, provides a detailed assessment of the SIBs undertaken in South Africa to date, identifying the challenges and opportunities inherent in this innovative financing mechanism for social change.
