Hydraulic Breakout Tong for HDD

One set hydraulic breakout tong includes: Static bar, Movable bar, Hydro Cylinder, Oil Injector, Bolt, Upper & lower Clamps, Hose.
This is practical new type of breakout tong, is an accessory equipment used in the directional crossing underground construction site.
It includes hydro system and tong frame. The frame consists of mobile bar and (No 2 in the fig) and static bar (No. 1) which is paralleled with the mobile bar.
There is a bracket in the end of the mobile bar, so the end of the static bar.
There are also two bolts (No. 5) between mobile and static bars, through which the hydro cylinder is connected with static and mobile bars as a whole.
The movable and static bars are both adopted with upper and lower clamps (No. 6) structure to adjust the dimension of the pipes outside diameter which is clamped. The suitable range of the outside diameter adjusted is Φ50-Φ300mm.
To complete the act of breakout through the relative rotation of the static and movable bars will largely decrease the working strength of the operators and enhance the working efficiency, suitable for the drill equipment which rely on screw connection and not easy to break out due to tightened force created by the large torque and long-term operation. It’s flexible and safe and reliable in this area.
