INGREDIENTS

1 egg
5 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup cream
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup plain flour
2 tbsp milk powder
1 1/2 cup grated carrots
1 tbsp soft butter
Icing sugar

Cook on low heat for 20-22 minutes. Sprinkle some icing sugar on top.

Note:

1. If you think your mixture is abit hard you can add 1-2 tbsp of milk.
2. You can also replace milk with cream. I personally like cream, it gives nice creamy taste.
