So, if camera phones were for journalists, now there would be other problem. The framerate is variable and cannot change to 50p or 25p framerate for the PAL region. All smartphone have similar problems, if using a camcorder or DSLR/MILC camera, there is a framerate settinga. I've also been rejected because my material is in 30p format instead of 25p, because the requirements for television station must be PAL or 25p 50i/p format.
