If you buy iPhone 14 series from other countries, you will only get the option of 1 eSIM and there is no SIM slot but in the Indian version there is a SIM Slot so you can't insert SIM card in your iPhone if you buy from other countries...

Difference 5-6000 rs at the max

Bhai Apple devices itne expensive ho rhe hai India me ki ab lena worth ni hai.. mere pass saare devices apple ke hi hai but I don’t think ki me future me wapas koi apple device kharidunga.. abhi mere pass 14 pro max hai pr mujhe lagta hai S23 Ultra better value for money hai or 15 pro series to or mehengi hone wali hai. To ye shayad se mera last iPhone hoga uske baad most probably me Samsung pr switch krunga (agar 2 saal baad tak Samsung better rehta hai to)

I think it’s a contradictory idea to buy iPhone from other countries than India, because from this year apple care and warranty doesn’t work globally. It is restricted to the country of sale
