How do you know if you are real?
Are we living in a simulation?
How do I know if I am real?

If there is one thing for sure that we know is that we are REAL... right?
Well, that may not be the case...

In this episode, we are diving into The Simulation Theory and answering the question WHAT IF WE DON'T EXIST? Are we living in a Computer Simulation? or heck are we even alive?

We simply could just be part of yet another a digital simulation! Or we could just be living our lives in a dream, completely unaware that we're asleep!

Let's say we are living in a simulation. What difference does it make to us? I still have bills. I still get old. It changes nothing.

We are just consciousness.
Without limitations, nothing can be measured. Nothing gained.

So is lucid dreaming the only way to leave the matrix/simulation, or is it just another layer of simulation that is more malleable? I’ve had somewhat lucid dreams where I can create my dream, but is it just a layer of consciousness that our minds have evolved over time to be able to escape the reality that we so easily get tired of? If we are all part of a simulation created by another species of higher being, is the dream world the real world and we only consider the solid material world more real because it’s not as malleable and changeable? I’ve had experiences through substances, meditation, and even sober dreams that seemed very similar to each other, but I could never stay very long in these states of being. And usually when those states of being are achieved, if I so much as think about how it’s just a dream or a trip, I’m thrown back into this reality.

well i do meditation every single day before sleep and after a year or so of this practice, i achieved an outter body experience. i traveled back to where my physical body was and i can confirm that it was like knowing all along for this to be true...that theres more to death and it isnt the end of your existence.very simulation like, i could see how i was literally my youtube profile picture a universe flowing inside of this astral body i now have awakened to consciously and how theres entities that look like shadows preventing you from awakening further in knowing who you truly are as a multi-dimentional being having a temporary human experience. its like without you fully awakening they exist and feed off from your fear..this experience felt spiritual in essence and more real than my waking physical life here of "earth".

I believe if we are in a simulation it could be paused for any amount of time then resumed and we wouldn't even notice, and that's if time really exists, the concept of time could just be something programmed into the simulation.

My opinion is we are 100% living in a simulation. I liked this video because it touched on ethics and morals in light of this knowledge. When i first truly believed this is a simulation about 5 years ago my initial thought was "well does anything matter?". For example climate change. Does climate change matter given this is only a simulation? These are interesting questions. Id love to see a follow up video exploring these questions even more. Thanks very much for this video!

it is a simulation in the sense that you have chosen to play this Game of Life.
you have eternal life and absolute knowledge, living blissfully in your Home Dimension, and you are bored, you wanted to have some excitement, so you chose to live the Game of Life to have fun.
there is a end-target that you have to reach, if you failed, or voluntarily exit the Game of Life, you will start all over again to play the Game.
that's why sometimes you have deja vu, or find some place familiar, because you are reliving that moment again, that your soul has some residual memory of.
