The smile on Tuckers face at the end, tell you everything you need to know about this motor....lol... Love it!!!

I got to check out this exact paramotor in person. I have no experience flying this engine but I sure do like the idea of a 4 stroke paramotor engine. And I can tell you it is a very good looking engine. It looks very well made and is aesthetically pleasing as well. I also like the Fly Products frame. I think whoever gets this paramotor is going to be very happy with it. Thanks for letting us check it out Tucker. 🙂

Love the technical advancements that have come to this sport. So much has changed since I first flew back in 1999!

Tucker, you need to come back to New Jersey with that new paramotor and chase down some of those mystery drones!

I agree that not having the ability to operate the choke with the paramotor on your back is somewhat of an inconvenience. A modification with a choke cable running alongside the throttle cable is probably the most viable solution, and safer, because you know most pilots will simply resort to starting it on the ground. That was pretty funny. The spectator wanted a picture of the motor, not you Tucker. He didn't know you're an infamous YouTuber.

Torquey! It DOES sound like a DR-Z400! I used to have an S model when they first came out over 20 years ago. Should have MUCH better throttle response than a 2-stroke, especially at small throttle openings.

A couple things with a 4-stroke carburetor with a float bowl: The slide is usually vacuum-operated with no direct connection to the throttle. The throttle cable is connected to a butterfly valve - just a round disc in the carb throat on the engine side of the carb. These work really well in that they somewhat compensate for temperature and altitude due to the slide lifting the needle out of the main jet enough to match the amount or density of air coming in. It's no fuel injection, but it's better than a 2-stroke carburetor in that regard.'

As just about a lifelong mechanic, my preference is always a 2-stroke - lighter, faster, cheaper, simpler. All BIG wins in my book. When tuned right they can be every bit as reliable as a 4-stroke. But that's just me!

Haven't seen you in a while. My job takes up 99% of my free time these days. Ya look good, brother!! Good to see ya! 👍😎👍

Awesome, I've been hoping to see more reviews on this engine since seeing it awhile ago on another channel. Vitto's EFI was intriguing but a good 4 stroke alternative is what a lot of us were really hoping for.

Today I learned the difference in sound between 2 and 4 stroke engines

Sweet video. Audio was better than ever. The 4 stroke sounds incredible. Also, great explanation with visuals on the difference between 2 and 4 strokes. I learned something.

That is some slick machine a little more complex than normal 2 stroke but quieter and I would love it

I would imagine the torque is very spread out all the way around the rpm range, better fuel mileage, more reliable, maybe a little heavier than a 2 stroke

I flew UL's for years, all 2 strokes, and when I got my first small 4 stroke powered plane, I didn't miss mixing my fuel and oil at all! Especially when on a XC. They just sound better too, but damn it's hard to beat th epower to weight ratio of a 2 er. I've had a little 4 stroke German made weed wacker for several years, the smallest 4 stroke I've ever seen, and it never fails to start in 1 or 2 pulls, great tech.

I would be wire locking those exhaust springs, As you said.. its a big lump of an exhaust that would spoil your day if it fell off mid flight.

I had a DRZ400 for many years, yep you are spot on. Love that sound, looking forward to the fight review!

I saw and heard this engine last year at Salton. I am hopeful it will have the reliability necessary for me. So we now have the power of an Aero1000 with the weight of the Bailey. And hopefully, the reliability of a Moster.

13:14 that dust kicking up gives top gun maverick vibes. Sick! 😂

I have a Fly Castelluccio trike, I wonder if Fly Products is some sort of offshoot of the Italian manufacturer. Nice that 4 stroke!
