In terms of looks and spec V4 is no doubt better but when it comes to practical i say v3 has more to offer ....if you upgrade the forg into USD & ecu upgrade V3 is still the king in 155 cc
Edit: V3 produce more maximum torque ...you may not notice it but when it comes to track it makes a huge difference result

I think R15 v4 is not worth of money because only for look 27 k is very high amount and in 2 lakh you can get 200 cc bikes also like pulsar rs 200, Gixxer 250
