Shortness of breath while speaking? (public speaking tips)

Do you experience shortness of breath during or after speaking? Probably you are not breathing like you should be when doing it. In this video Dennis Huizenga will give learn how you can also breathe during speaking. If you still have difficulty doing this then it is wise to check your breathing condition.

Simple Youtube videos can be helpful but they can also create more shortness of breath, more restlessness, more out of control feeling.

My name is Dennis Huizenga and I have been having hyperventilation without even knowing it in the first 25 years of my life.

I have helped out many people the last 14 years of being a holistic coach and a lot more due to the international breathing programs….I want you to feel completely in balance and I am here to help you achieve that, all you need to do is make the time and effort and start the program, may people have been doing that before you.

If you would have asked me 10 years ago I would say it is impossible to help people ut thru the internet but with new technology there now is a way, it is easy, more information and less time consuming then it was 15 years ago when you needed to come to 5 or 6 evenings in a group to learn the information and start to train. Now you can do it in your own time, as much as needed, as long as needed and you get the benefits of personal one on one guidance all in program for less of the money than a group course would have cost. (and no this is not an internet marketing program). There is the possibility of joining the community and WhatsApp coaching. (besides the video meetings one on one we also have).

When I breath though my nose is so loud
