Duterte threatens to jail critics who says he may be impeached

President Rodrigo Duterte minced no words against critics who said he can be impeached if he allows Chinese fishermen in the country's exclusive economic zone.
Critics are citing the Constitution which mandates the state to protect the country's territories. The president who seems to be "annoyed" by the criticisms said the constitution is just a piece of paper which could just spark a war.
The impeachment of a President is provided for in the Constitution.
