"HELLDIVERS™ 2 is a 3rd person squad-based shooter that sees the elite forces of the Helldivers battling to win an intergalactic struggle to rid the galaxy of the rising alien threats. From a 3rd person perspective, players use a variety of weapons (pistols, machine guns, flamethrowers) and stratagems (turrets, airstrikes, etc.) to shoot and kill the alien threats. Players can also aim down the sights for a more accurate 1st person camera view. Combat is accompanied by frequent sprays of blood and dismemberment as players exterminate the alien forces or players and squad mates are hit by environmental explosions or friendly fire. Enemy encampments and battlefield environments depict bloodstains and dismembered corpses."

You can hold aim while reloading the SPEAR to prelock on to targets for quick turn arounds like bot ships etc

I wish the economy got a bit of an update... As a Super Helldiver I find myself constantly lacking Rare Samples while having an abundance of Common Samples and Super Uranium. Perhaps a system where you can exchange Super Uranium for Rare Samples could be a fix. Or just increase a amount of Rare Samples that you can find in a cluster.
Medals also should have a higher cap in my opinion.

thats...not how it works
there's 4 numbers stating for varyying angles at which it can impact targets (head on/slight angle/medium angle/steep angle) and it was for the main projectile
the change was for steep angles, and made so instead of "no penetration" it has full penetration no matter the angle of impact
its a mild/useless change anyway as the projectile itself rarely did much besides mess up raytracing for the parts that are vulnurable to explosion

Eagles got a 'Projectile' AP buff. It's not the explosion, it's hitting something directly with the bomb

Lesath was half liberated, but players abandoned and to vog-sojoth because of the DSS moved there.
And again Vog-sojoth was half liberated and the players did it again abandoned it and went to lesath for the DSS ...
Liberating planets will take very long time because of players following the DSS wherever it goes.

I wish the eruptor was heavy armor piercing with slightly bigger explosive range. Super niche play style but I found it enjoyable

It would be cool if On the 380mm barrage with the DSS effect you could call them in with little to no cooldown

I think it would be great if the developers added a demolition mission to Helldivers 2. In this mission, players would fight their way to a large enemy structure and use a C4 explosive stratagem to bring it down. The challenge would involve strategically placing the charges in key locations to ensure the building collapses efficiently. Players would also have to defend the area during the process. If the charges aren’t placed correctly, the team would need to rely on their own weapons to finish the job, making the mission take longer. It could be similar to the destruction mechanics in games like Red Faction and Battlefield.

thing about revealing Illuminates before christmas. Date is probably 13th of december. It will NOT be just the one thing you see there is this thing called Secret Level from Amazon Prime. Warhammer 40k, SIFU and other games will be presented there. It would be sorta 10 to 25 minutes long movies (same as was done with Death, Love and Robots from Netflix). Theres also a poster with everything which will be released as a small movie but theres a catch. There was Helldiver standing there aswell which means and its just my theory that it will probably be 10 minutes maybe shorter introduction of Helldivers 2 game for new players and actually teaser on Illuminates. This Secret Level starts 10th of december and if 13th would be release of Illuminates then this is what will happen.

3:11 I like how they mention the ragdolling. The majority of my high death counts is because I can't really do anything to not die. There's been times where I will spam the stem button but have to wait on the reload animation to finish.

I consistently have the problem of stimming when trying to reinforce someone.

My favourite load out for any kind of mission

Engineer armour (for extra grenades, I usually use Juggernaut)
Explosive Crossbow (for closing bug holes, fabricators and medium enemies)
Dagger (for taking out small enemies that get too close get you some breathing room)
Thermite (for taking out heavy enemies, usually only needing one or two if placed right)

MG-43 Machine gun (acts as your primary weapon, its damage and magazine capacity giving it a lot of killing potential, slow down the fire rate to keep going for longer)

B-1 Supply Pack (ensures you’re always fully stocked up and ready for even the most resource intensive fights that need a lot of stims, grenades and bullets, if you have resources to spare you can also help keep your teammates supplied)

Orbital rail cannon (for when you need a heavy enemy down immediately)

Orbital Laser (also mostly for heavy enemies you want to target but the duration of the laser and the fire effect also can be good at taking out large groups)

Here is a bug I found: the helldiver's hand animation when inputting stratagems into your Pad is broken. It doesn't play the finger swipe and instead, has a stiff gun grip. I'm amazed no one else found this!

Im not sure if youre still doing different loadouts but I thought ide post this still anyways

This is a build I use for defense missions from the bots. It's not super amazing solo, however, it thrives with teammates.
I've recently perfected this build with the recent major order and I'm happy to share it with you!

For armor, I use Heavy Armor with the Fortified passive. This can allow you to stand your ground without taking too much damage from stray rockets.
For my arms, I take the R-63CS Diligance Counter sniper for downtime between waves to pick off devastators and other smaller bots.
I also recommend taking the P-4 Senator for the run to extract, hoping to defend off hulks, even if it's a rare chance.
And the G-123 Thermite to throw onto any large enemy when in the heat of waves.

The stratagems are what makes this loadout thrive.
The GR-8 Recoilless Rifle is the best support weapon to use when taking down bot drops. I find that it kills the bots more effectively when you shoot down the bot drop before it can release the bots. If you have a loving and supporting teammate to team reload, you will be a force the bots cannot stop (as long as you don't miss your shots)
A dancing synergy with the GR-8 is the EAT-17 Expendable Anti-Tank. Make sure you are always calling them down when you get the chance, as you can use them when you need to reload the GR-8 and more and more bot drops are coming in.
The E/MG-101 HMG Emplacement is great for mowing down all the bots you missed, if you can find a place on the map that is far back enough where you have height on the bots and a clear vision of all the incoming bot drops, the E/MG-101 is going to be your best friend when mowing down the waves.
For the last stratagem, the A/MLS-4X Rocket Sentry to help aid you in your battle. Throwing this down below you and on the field of bots helps ensure they don't get further than they should and can also assist in firing at the bot drops. If you choose to have it sit up with you, make sure that you are not affected by its back-blast as it can really hurt.

Lastly, make sure your team has the Hellpod Space Optimisation booster as you will get all the ammo you can ever wish for.
This build can also be ten times better with the Superior Packaging Methodology Ship Module upgrade. You will get a full backpack of rockets for your GR-8 Recoilless Rifle when taking supplies from a resupply.
It's also smart to keep that resupply package near you for quick reloading times and more prep time between waves.

I hope you enjoy fighting the bots with this loadout! It has seriously helped me defend against them in these recent days.

Pyromaniac Loadout for bugs(Day 2):

Primary: SG-451 Cookout for stunning and cooking enemies
Secondary: P-72 Crisper for dealing with hordes or hive guards, alpha commanders, and maybe chargers if your desperate.
Throwable: 3-10 Incendiary grenade I use this rather than the impact because I can throw it under enemies and cause more damage and its nice to just launch them into bug holes without fear of them going off and not destroying the bug hole. Also creates a small area of fire the bugs will have to walk through to get you.

Stratagems:
Napalm Barrage: helps to clear enemy bug breaches or mega and large nest of enemies
Napalm Airstrike: creates a wall of fire for the enemies and helps with dealing with patrols
Shield Generator Pack: Since you gonna be up close and personal I'd recommend bringing the shield backpack so you do not die as fast.
Flamethrower: This should come as no surprise. Useful for basically every bug in the game and majorly helps deal with hoards.

Armor: Basically use any armor that has flame resistance. Personally I like to use the I-102 Draconaught armor for keeping mobility and defense paired with the AF-91 Field Chemist helmet so I look cool, and the "Breach Cape" to match the armor.

I know it might not be the best loadout but I find it to be pretty fun

I think they should change the orbital barrage from the DSS into DSS death ray, which works like an orbital laser but stronger and comes directly from the DSS itself so we can appreciate its glory from afar. This way, the attacks from the DSS is easier to dodge since we can see the location of the laser.
