This was the first movie I have seen in which I could really see and understand domestic abuse and violence.
Absolutely scary.

Her struggle was very well depicted how hard it is to get out of such an abusive relationship/marriage, how many hurdles it has.

It's so sad that such a beautiful, talented soul, would be taken away by some sick dude. Rest in peace Shelly. Bittersweet as it is, your hard work for this film had clearly been paid off.
