It's incredible what some people get upset about. Your work is great and I love all of it.

Cool, nice to see the bad caps lead to instability, and to see it fixed.

A few images about Pride Parade have triggered these upset. There's actually a science who studies these "strange" correlations

Can't do anything nowadays without melting a few snowflakes - wouldn't worry about it too much.

Hi Richard, you can download the schematics of GIGABYTE GA-8IG1000MF REV 1.0 SCH (the last PC to repair in this video) from elektrotanya.

I believe the association with the "Gran Canaria Uncovered" YT channel may impact negatively with the subscribers of this otherwise educational program.

Heya, oh yes love to see thes car boot surprises. I worked at packard bell wen the 80286 till the 80486 the pentium was just up coming wen the moved the assembling line to france ( I live in The Netherlands ) so this pentium mobo is after my time. what I can tell you is the mobo in that time were commissioned by Packard Bell and they had patent on those mobo so don't know if you can find schematics of that mobo

32:30 yeah faulty capacitors is a pretty good guess for unstable motherboard, and tbh that applies on laptops as well. I've dealt with a few cases of laptop shutting down/not coming on reliably with bad filtering cap on 3.3, 5V or CPU Vcore. Then there's the Acer Aspire 8735 8920 8930 and Toshiba Satellite A/L series with NEC Tokin CPU Vcore capacitor problems...

Those Athlon Socket 462 CPUs without a 4-pin CPU connector rely on a strong 5v rail. Most modern PSUs do not support enough amps on the 5v to power then stably. I've experienced these random shutdowns when installing a GPU that draws more power. It may be the caps too but you can't ignore the 5v supply issue.

I follow you on LER, and aren't interested in the "party"channel. But I didn't find it offensiv -at all! Anyone who does, must be really, really looking for an excuse to be upset. Keep it up, like you always do. I do not mind you varying the content, though my interest is electronics. But to be offended, is just silly.

It might be worth checking whether the packard bell has value as a complete system. They have a fairly small but dedicated fanbase and some will pay for a nostalgia piece if they owned one similar in the past. I bought a Club 75 (Win98SE) for nostalgia reasons few weeks ago.

Thank you for your guidance every time you are doing a great job. Don't care about people saying explicitly who don't understand!! Thanks again, keep going 👍👍

Hi Richard, i don't really understand what some folk have got so upset about. You are doing a fantastic job on the whole (perhaps a little less promotion of those solder stick things) and your collaboration videos with your friends are generally relevant interesting to me. Don't worry 😉

IMO those 1% of morons didn't deserve the acknowledgment, I'm not interested in the new channel but subscribed to support you. Some people are just sensitive snowflakes that should just avoid the internet.
