This guy is at the Towers Jail in Phoenix, AZ. I'm a detention officer. He's currently one of my inmates. He's a weirdo and immature as fuck. He's so lame, that he's not even allowed to bail himself out. He's a prick. His only concern is that his dog is not being taken care of. He doesn't care about the people he's harmed. If he cared about his dog, he wouldn't have put it in this position.
