Oh, my heart on this one for you. I saw it and I wentoh no...it's gonna hurt. He originally the song for a friend of his that's a Lesbian and they are Irish. The first verse was basically verbatim to how she'd describe her partner. The video was inspired by the Russian and Ukraine governments declaring persona non grata all "unnatural and created acts" of so called homosexuals. Allowed to kill indiscriminately. It's why at the end of the video they tried to show the one holding the camera and all of their face coverage dropped. They had intention to take the video to the police as a proof and start building a body count. It's still happening and more have since joined quietly. I'm here in the US and they are trying hard to strip marriage for us again because they cannot STAND some uppity blank word that I refused to even say the first letter. He didn't block the Supreme Court from making marriage legal for us. Having no clue that the 3 branches of our Federal are SUPPOSED to not touch. It's been intentional since we decided we want our own spot and called it "freedom" when in reality it was founders realized they were sitting on a gold mine of riches and they wanted it for themselves. Wrote the PR in France.

A fine song and great voice pointing out the poisonous infections into our clean souls by the church. Preachers telling us we are born with sin and unclean. Born wrong, many times being decided by who we love. This song tells us we should listen to our own hearts at an earlier age. For we were never as human, truthful and whole as that chaotic moment we were born. If we choose to worship anyone it should be each other with all of our differences, maybe not mythical sky dude telling us to hate those that are different. Peace/JT

I highly recommend Hozier's "Work Song", It's a lot more uplifting, more romantic, more of a beautiful song and less down trotton but still shows off his voice
