If SC would have banned NTA and hold them accountable I would have supported SC. But nothing of that sort happened. Judiciary hand in glove with the corrupt . CJI cannot be trusted . He has done no good . He is like any other corrupt justice . He would keep on staggering the cases till his time gets over with no outcomes or results . Mere questioning is of no use when people are not held accountable.
He talks about secularism but he could not lift an finger regarding CM Delhi arrest . Such is our sad state of democracy.

How we will define the sanctity in wider scale? Sanctity is in the minds of people . Definitely the sanctity of the exam is affected in wider scale. All people in India now feel they are cheated.

SC while pronouncing it's judgment admitted that there was a leak, but it was not widespread and limited to a handful of pupils . Hence re-examination is not required . If this argument is a valid, then in other sense Top court is telling to nation that limited leak though unlawful does not vitiate the entire examination. Even if question paper is leaked and no one could be traced as beneficiary then it is allowable . By this, SC had set a very very bad precedent in years to come . SC has considered 23 lakhs pupil . It did not consider the basic principle of morality in an examination. Supreme is not a mere court of law, it is court of social justice. By pronouncing this judgment, the court created a permanent social injustice . Every year if there is a leak in limited amount, this three judges bench pronouncement will be cited. And miscreants will be more cautious in their act . It was a chance to provide a knee jark treatment. But the judgment only saved the face of government. So far remote area pupils are concerned why not percentage of their participation was examined ? Why not court took decision to direct government to provide special treatments like transportation, hostel accomodation to appear at fresh examination if ordered. In the history of Supreme Court this is one of the most criticisable judgment and it will bite the entire judiciary in the long run . I hope after five years at least one judge of the bench will concede before Swami Vivekananda that judgment was wrong .
