I really needed this...the person I'm dealing with is a narcissist who constantly tries to get me out of my peaceful space, then claims it's just a joke...he's literally 'jokingly' said 'I'm jealous of how calm and at peace you always are'...I can literally feel myself becoming anxious and stressed everyday by just talkin to him

this is true. I kept writing down this affirmation “No one can steal, access, use or benefit from my energy” and as I was writing..my fake “bestfriend” called me over something so stupid and small and all of a sudden wanted to have a long conversation with me.

Im working on getting rid of my jealous crazy narcissistic mother next. I want to keep distance from her for good! hopefully after this deep clean and affirmation it will work because she’s been blocking the good things trying to come in my life to!

Thank you Beautiful soul, I have been on a self reflection journey for a few years now. While growing I am learning I am an empathic person and highly sensitive to energies. It explain how certain types of shows or movies when I watch them, will either have me feeling the same as the characters or feel the emotions as if I am there for during and a long time after. 💯

Same with relationships and interactions in persons. Among other things. Transfer of energy and frequency is no joke.
