You only get a $1000 bonus if you been their for at least 20 years no joke and most regular employees will only get about $200-300 bonus and you could be making the same as amount if you just started as same someone who been their well over several years

That raise resulted in Walmart employees losing significant hours of work per week.
This week they raised the pay of cashier's to $12, so long time employees got a 34-cent raise ($11.66/hr to $12/hr) while new employees got $1.00. We ALL get paid the same, no matter how long we've worked for these bstrds or how well we work.
(People who do bare minimum are paid the same as those who work their *sses off.)
Also this week, along with our great raise, they cut out MyShare, a quarterly bonus we used to get.
So again, our income has not changed. In fact, in many cases, it decreased.
It's time Walmart employees and shoppers unite, with workers unionizing or striking and customers boycotting.
Walmart is horrified of the word unionize so much so that they've shut down stores when they heard they were thinking of it.
It's time we just do it.
