Adopted Japanese children denied visas by Canada

Adopted Japanese children are being denied visas by the Canadian government. The visa suspension follows a decision by the U.S. to restrict adoptions from Japan, which wants tougher rules. Until the Canadian government can determine why, it has temporarily suspended visas for infants coming from Japan.
