I'm a fan of wood handles, and desert ironwood is hands down my favorite. I've made desert ironwood scales for a few of my knives, and it is some very hard stuff. Not easy to work with but well worth the hassle!
The mini Penguin is to small for my taste, but I'm definitely interested in the jigged Penguin Plus! I'll likely snag one of those when they drop!
