Loving the mental health campaigns. I'm a psychiatric nurse by trade so I recognise that it's so important to take a break - to prevent or reduce 'overwhelm.' I visited Wadham College in September and was taken aback at the lack of shared space in the accommodation blocks. Very easy to isolate yourself/avoid company and when struggling with tiredness or low mood. Well done to zizzi's, MHF and of course, you and your fab channel! X
