These analysis videos tend to make commentaries on the shortfalls of an autocratic way of governance, like that of Russia's.

More over, it's been relatively easy to come across (in my daily research findings) examples of failures of this autocratic system (wherein power is consolidated by one person at the top[Putin]).

Thereby, creating a system where people within that system are afraid to speak truth to power - an inability for Russian Henchmen/Oligarchs to communicate to the Person at the top - openly, about the critical (pernicious) issues facing their country economically, militarily and technologically.

ie. An increasingly isolated and unaware Vladimir 'Presitator' Putin.

Love the tank type percentage graph. What it also needs is a bar graph at the bottom with total number of tanks destroyed as I suspect that will illustrate just how denuded the Muscovites are in tank numbers overall. The percentage chart hides that drop off.

Probably the slowdown of supplies of working tanks to the frontlines is a result of the natural way it goes when first the tanks were taken from the stockpiles that required the least of repairs and then, as the losses were soaring, needed to take on the 2nd line of bodies that require quite an effort to make them work.
Now, as the losses keep high or are even increasing, we may witness, indirectly by the speed of supply, that russians gradually need to switch to a mode coping with the 3rd selection which are basically dead tank bodies that normally would be scrapped but now, russia doesn't have the choice because it cannot increase T90 production. So it takes hughe efforts to make working tanks from the scrap the factories receive from the stocks, probably the same with demolished tanks they get back from the frontlines.
